This session presents research study outcomes with bullying workshops intervention conducted for inpatient and ambulatory nurses in a Southern California integrated healthcare system. Nurse leaders will gain strategies on how evidence-based training improved nurse confidence in addressing bullying behaviors, improved participants' perception on leadership and organizational support including workplace culture for future replication in diverse healthcare settings.
