The nursing workforce shortage is one of the biggest challenges nursing leaders face today. Transforming our pipeline development requires innovative solutions. Creating energy and excitement around our profession must start in kindergarten. Our organization, with our public school system, created a Health Sciences Academy that offers unique opportunities for students to explore health sciences as early as kindergarten through experiential learning. Our community wins with this initiative.
