Despite widespread discourse on health care innovation, few frameworks offer a strategic, transparent mechanism for progress. This presentation introduces IA-APHS, which identifies innovative organizations. In a national study (N=861), all relational and structural dimensions correlated with impact. T-tests showed significantly higher scores at the exemplar site in leadership (p=.007), strategy (p=.05), and impact (p=.003), underscoring strategic partnerships.
