Using a carefully revised Insight Study, we surveyed the AONL membership. In this session, we will describe the most important findings including issues facing over 3,000 nurse leaders with a careful breakdown of the similarities and differences in challenges and trends in leadership by role and region. Recognizing that what matters to a first-time nurse manager is different than a hospital president or CNE of a large multi-hospital system, we highlight the themes and surprising findings.
