Virtual Nursing is one of the most rapidly growing areas of innovation within healthcare. Experiences gained through implementation of a virtual nursing model across four states: Texas, Washington, Alaska, and California have provided lessons-learned and inspired enhancements to model design and approach. In this presentation we will share learnings to empower others for successful navigation of less anticipated, undervalued, but highly impactful aspects of the transition to virtual nursing.
