This session will help you discover how a nurse-driven workshop series on job crafting boosts nurse leaders' satisfaction and retention. Our pilot study with 37 leaders revealed significant improvements in job crafting, work engagement, and job satisfaction. Participants experienced increased work-life balance and intent to stay, with 93% endorsing job crafting as an effective strategy for leaders. This approach can be implemented in a variety of healthcare settings among nursing leadership.
